Questions
Do you keep my documents?
No. They are deleted from our servers as soon as your benefits reach your phone. If results are never collected, they are deleted after 72 hours.
Where are my benefits stored?
Only on your phone. Once a document has been analyzed, the app saves its benefits on your device and our servers delete their copy. You can open them anytime, even without a connection. You stay in control: deleting a document in the app removes its benefits, and uninstalling the app erases them all. We keep no copy, so we cannot recover them for you.
Which documents can I import?
Insurance contracts in PDF: health, home, car, travel, bank card cover and more. For the best results, import the full terms and conditions or the table of benefits. On the free plan, a document can be up to 40 pages and 5 MB, and paid plans accept larger files.
Is CovLens free?
Yes, there is a free plan. Paid plans raise the limits on documents, family members and monthly scans.
Is this insurance advice?
No. CovLens helps you read your contracts, but AI can make mistakes. Your original document and your insurer have the final word.
